How a booking is made, what confirms it, and what you are agreeing to.

How booking works
- You send a request. You choose your dates and package and send us your details. The price shown on the website is an estimate based on what you selected.
- We confirm availability. We check the dates and the rooms and reply to you with a quote.
- You pay the 20% deposit. This confirms your reservation and secures your room and your place on the coaching programme.
- You pay the 80% balance according to the instructions in your booking confirmation.
Sending a request is not a confirmed reservation. No room is held for you until we have confirmed availability and your deposit has been received. Until then your dates may still be taken by someone else.
What your booking covers
The package, dates, number of guests and price that apply to your stay are the ones stated in the quote you accepted. If anything in that quote is not what you expected, tell us before paying the deposit and we will correct it or re-quote.
Each package page lists what is included. Airport transfers are included as described for the applicable gateway; other gateways may carry an additional cost, which we will always tell you before you pay.
Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Other currencies shown on the website are an approximate guide only.
- A 20% deposit confirms your reservation.
- The remaining 80% is paid according to the instructions in your booking confirmation.
- We accept bank transfer and cash.
We never take card payments through this website, and we will never ask you for card details by message. If you receive a payment request that claims to be from us and you are not sure, contact us on the WhatsApp number above before paying anything.
Once we have confirmed your booking, we do not change its price.
Changes and cancellation
Once we have confirmed your booking, the 20% deposit is not refunded in cash. If you cancel more than 15 days before you arrive, you keep 100% of its value as a Stay Credit towards a future stay with us, valid for 12 months. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can — moving your dates is often possible, subject to availability.
The notice periods, how Stay Credit works, what happens on a no-show or an early departure, and what you receive if we have to cancel are all set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you pay your deposit.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate booking and contact details.
- Travel with valid documents for entry to Morocco.
- Follow your coach's safety instructions during surf and skate sessions.
- Treat the riad, its staff and other guests with respect.
Surfing and skateboarding carry a real risk of injury. Our coaches match sessions to your level and to the conditions on the day, and may change or cancel a session for safety reasons. We strongly recommend that you travel with insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and sports activities including surfing.
Please tell us before you arrive about any medical condition or injury that could affect your safety in the water.
